Jessica Tunon has a twenty+ year career in finance, completed undergraduate degree with honors from Lynn University in Business Management, Founder & CEO of Netwalking® LLC and Senior Program Specialist at UrbanTrans. Previously co-founded Beyond2ndNature, Founding Member and Advisor to Social Good Summit + Austin, co-organized CarFreeDayATX, organized America Walks/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Walkability Workshop, at-large DC Pedestrian Advisory Council member, FitFluential Ambassador, finalist at SmartLiving Challenge, South by South West (SXSW) walking mentor panelist at V2V (2013-2015) and Interactive (2013-2014), panelist at GoodxGlobal, first-ever day of events dedicated to the local and global power of social good, technology and entrepreneurship during SXSWi March 2013. Spoke on “How Austin is Leading the Way for Social Change One Car at a Time”and 2015 Interactive Panelist for Netwalking ATX Meetup, and featured in news media outlets regarding work in livability including CBS News: Walking meetings could make work healthier, happier.
